What are the return costs?

Returns from The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany are free of charge and can be made at a DHL Service Point near you using the return label that you will receive after you have announced your return. For consumers in other countries, the shipping costs are at their own expense. Affordable return labels are available through our return portal for EU countries. View the rates here.

Returns outside the EU

For returns from countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for correctly sending the parcel, including all necessary customs documentation. Any import duties, VAT, and customs clearance costs charged upon arrival in the Netherlands by Dutch Customs or the carrier (such as PostNL or DHL) are entirely the responsibility of the customer. If these costs have not been paid in advance and must be paid by us to receive the shipment, these costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse shipments with outstanding import costs.
