  • What guarantee do I have on my new shoes?
    The legal guarantee applies to all our products. This means that the product is what you can expect from it. Although we carry out various quality checks it may happen tha a product still contains a manufacturing or material defect. In these cases we will repair the product. If repair is not possible, we will look for other solutions.
  • What is not covered by warrenty?
    We do not provide warrenty if the product has been used incorrectly. This also applies to wear and rear of soles, heels, upper, linings and zippers. Stains that are caused by, for example, rain perspiration and / or other liquid substances are also excluded from warranty.
  • I want to claim under warrenty / I have a complaint
