How do I place an order?

Select the size you want and place it on your shopping cart by clicking the 'Buy' button. To finish your order go to the shopping cart and click on 'Continue to Checkout' and follow all steps.

How can I create an account?

It's quit easy to create one. Fill all required fields on theAccount page and click on 'Create a Blackstone Account'.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a track and trace link from us when we reported your shipment to our carrier. Please contact our customer service when you have not received the link.

NL: 1-2 working days EU region: +/- 1 week Outside EU: +/- 1-2 weeks

Which carrier are you using?

We use PostNL. For shipments outside the Netherlands PostNL will use selected partners.

What are the shipping costs?

NL: Free shipping EU region: €9,95 Outside EU: €24,95

Can I use another delivery address?

Yes, you can use another address for delivery.

Do you dilver at packing stations?

No, we cannot deliver at packing stations yet.

The costs for returning your items to us are at your expense.

How long do you need to process my produc return?

It will take aproximately 5 working days to process your returning. In some cases, like Season Holiday or SALE, it can take more time.

Do you refund when returning my items?

Yes, we will refund your order through our payment provider back to the account you paid the order with. We will also refund the shipping costs we have made sending your order to you.

How long does it take to refund my money?

The refund will be done by our payment provider and will take aproximately 1-2 working days.

Can I exchange my returned product for an other style?

Unfortunately this can not be requested through the return form. In case of exchange, please send your return to us and order a new style.
